How To Connect Magic Motion Toys

Introduction

To connect your Magic Motion toy, simply open the Magic Motion APP and follow the in-app instructions—just like pairing an Apple Watch or Xiaomi Smart Band. Unlike traditional Bluetooth devices (e.g., headphones or keyboards), Magic Motion toys use a direct app-based connection rather than system-level Bluetooth pairing.

iPhone

1. Enable Bluetooth Permissions

For iphone users, both system Bluetooth and app Bluetooth permissions need to be enabled to establish a connection.

l Step 1: Turn on the Bluetooth

Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen to access Control Center, then tap the Bluetooth icon to enable it.

 

Alternatively, go to [Settings] → Bluetooth and toggle Bluetooth ON.

　Important: Magic Motion toys are low-energy Bluetooth devices. Do not try to scan and connect them in the system Bluetooth settings.

l Step 2: Enable app Bluetooth access permissions

 ·Go to Settings → Magic Motion

 

 

·Ensure Bluetooth permissions are enabled.

 

　　

2. Open the Magic Motion APP to connect

·Turn on your Magic Motion toy.

·Open Magic Motion APP.

·Tap the connection icon in the top-right corner to search for the toy.

·Once connected, a success message will appear.

Android Phone

1. Enable Bluetooth Permissions

For Android users, both system Bluetooth and app Bluetooth permissions need to be enabled to establish a connection.

l Step 1: Enable Bluetooth

Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen to access Control Center, then tap the Bluetooth icon to enable it.

 

Alternatively, go to Settings → Bluetooth and toggle Bluetooth ON.

Please do not perform Bluetooth scanning and connection of toys here

Important: Magic Motion toys are low-energy Bluetooth devices. Do not try to scan and connect them in the system Bluetooth settings.

Step 2: Allow Bluetooth & Location Permissions

·When prompted, allow Bluetooth access in the Magic Motion APP.

 

 ·Some Android devices (e.g., Samsung) require location permission for Bluetooth scanning:

1.Go to Settings → Apps → Magic Motion

 

2.Tap Permissions → Location

 

3.Select "Allow"

Restart the Magic Motion APP after making these changes.

Bluetooth Protocol Stack Issue on the Phone

Troubleshooting Bluetooth Connection Issues If your toy is not connecting, try these steps:

Step 1: Restart your phone and try connecting again.

Step 2: Reset Bluetooth settings:

·On Android: Go to Settings → Apps → Magic Motion → Storage, then tap Clear Cache & Clear Data.

·On iPhone: Go to Settings → Bluetooth, turn off Bluetooth for 5 seconds, then turn it back on.

Step 3: Try using another phone to check if the issue is device-specific.
