What the SyncMo activation card is for

If your Xone package includes an activation card, use the key on that card with the Xone with Activation Card Edition of SyncMo. Scratch the covered area carefully to reveal the 18-digit activation key, then enter it when SyncMo asks for the license key.

Keep the card with your product documentation after activation. Do not post or share a photo that exposes the key.

Choose the edition by activation-card status

  • Xone came with an activation card: use the Xone with Activation Card Edition.
  • Xone did not come with an activation card: use the Universal Edition.

Use the official SyncMo download page. Selecting the wrong edition can prevent activation or connection, so check the box contents before downloading.

If the card or key is missing

Check the product box and printed materials first. If the package should include a card but it is missing, damaged, or unreadable, contact Magic Motion support with your order information and a photo of the package contents. Do not send a public photo of a readable activation key.
