Before you order a replacement cable
1. Find the exact product name
Check the original box, manual, order email, or product page. “Pink wearable vibrator” is not precise enough; Magic Flamingo, Magic Umi, and Magic Candy use different replacement cables.
2. Match the model, not just the connector shape
Two magnetic connectors can look similar while using different spacing or contact layouts. The practical rule is simple: choose the cable that currently lists your exact model.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission gives the same broad charger-safety principle for rechargeable products: follow the manufacturer’s instructions and use the supplied or manufacturer-approved replacement charger. 3. If the model is missing, pause
Do not force a pin into a port or order a magnetic cable because the photos look close. Send support the product name and a clear photo of the charging port. A short confirmation is easier than returning the wrong cable.
My vibrator is not charging: six checks to try
1. Make sure the toy and charging area are completely dry

2. Confirm the cable number again
Look for MMCC01, MMCC02, MMCC03, MMCC04, or MMCC05 on the product listing or packaging. A cable that attaches physically may still be the wrong replacement.
3. Reconnect it without forcing it
For a magnetic cable, place the connector flat against the contacts and make sure it sits evenly. For a pin-style cable, follow the direction shown in the product manual and press only as firmly as the instructions require. If it resists, stop and recheck the model.
4. Try a known-working USB power source
If the product instructions allow it, move the USB end to another working port or adapter. This helps separate a cable or toy problem from a dead USB port. Do not assume that a random “universal” cable or power accessory is compatible.
5. Give the exact model its normal charging time
Charging time and indicator-light behavior are not identical across every Magic Motion product. Use the manual for your model rather than waiting for a color or blinking pattern described for a different toy.
6. Disconnect the cable before testing the power button
After the expected charging period, unplug the toy and use the power-button action shown in its manual. Some models require a longer press to turn on. Avoid repeated button combinations copied from a different product.
